My 8 year old son had to do a project on foxes.
I was delighted that he requested to do some sewing for it.
We did some thread sketching (free motion sewing)
of a cunning fox on a thrifted blanket using the sewing machine.

He learnt quickly and did part of the sewing by himself.
I then stitched it to the display board for him,
with a little stuffing in there for a 3D effect.

I like his whiskers.

WOW, that looks awesome....well done to your son and fingers crossed for an A+. I'm sure the teacher will be impressed with this whiskery fellow.
